Meet Dr. Bill Thompson

Dr. Bill Thompson’s small-town Missouri upbringing shaped his patient-first values and commitment to personalized care. He completed his undergraduate studies at Missouri State University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri. During dental school, he was selected for the highly competitive U.S. Army Health Professions Scholarship — a testament to his clinical excellence and dedication. 

Experience

After entering the U.S. Army as a Captain, Dr. Thompson completed an advanced general dentistry residency at Fort Carson and later led a dental facility in Germany as the sole provider for more than 2,700 patients. In 2004, he founded Pine Creek Dental in Colorado Springs, where he continues to serve the community with trusted, high-quality care.

Dr. Thompson is dedicated to providing comfortable, patient-focused dentistry while building long-term relationships based on trust, communication, and compassionate care.

Expertise

Dr. Thompson is Advanced Trauma and Life Support trained, Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified, and continues advanced education through the Spear Education Faculty Club. He has also published a peer-reviewed article in General Dentistry, reflecting his commitment to modern, evidence-based care.
