Fantastic experience here at Pine Creek Dental. Front staff greeted me with a smile and warmth. My hygenist Dana was exceptionally skilled and thorough, from xrays to preliminary exam and photos, thru the cleaning. Personable, kind, and very skilled! I was introduced to Dr. Cochran, their new additional dentist and she was also awesome. She explained each finding in detail, laid out a very reasonable treatment strategy, and stayed as long as I had questions. We discussed the potential dental issues caused by CPAP use and she and Dana provided immediate guidance and some sample lozenges to help with dry mouth. Again, solid care all the way around. Finally I liked the fact this practice is NOT part of a larger corporate dental entity, where dentists may be pressured to push expensive, unnecessary procedures in the chase of profits. Pine Creek focuses first and foremost on care. It’s up to the patient to make final treatment decisions without feeling a sense of compulsion. I highly recommend Pine Creek Dental to everyone needing expert dental care!

I was a new patient at Pine Creek Dental this week and had a great experience! Everyone from the hygienist to the doctor and the support staff, we’re very thorough, and caring. Overall great customer service. My x-ray identified a problem with my molar and they got me set up with the surgeon immediately. Highly recommend!

Heather is incredible, pure joy... yet, from the moment you walk through the doors to the time you leave you experience nothing like your typical dental office... this place is incredibly warm and gentle... additionally, they are filled with His grace. I feel fortunate to be their patient, and you will too!

I love this Dental office! not only have they taken good care of me, but I brought my father ( he was quite a character and suffered from dementia) to them for several years . They treated him with patience , compassion and even induced his humor and his jokes! I briefly left the practice when my insurance changes. i came running back quickly, nowhere else compares!

It’s not often the phrase “good experience” and “dentist” go hand in hand but that’s the case every time I have been to Pine Creek Dental. I have worked with/for Dr. Thompson for many years as a dental technician, but, until recently i had never needed his services personally. I had such a wonderful experience today, it was my first cleaning with Pine Creek. Dana my hygienist did a great job and used all the latest technology on my teeth to ensure the best care possible. She was so friendly and gentle on my gums and teeth while cleaning. Dr. Thompson was fantastic too, so friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He went thoroughly over my treatment plan on some silver fillings I will need replaced. Thanks again for an stress-free visit. I highly recommend this dental practice!!

Amazing group of people so professional, personable, and most of all smiles, lots of them and oh so friendly. Can't say enough about them. This was my first official visit in seeing Dr. Ellie. She is a great fit for this office. She fits right in and is also very professional. Need a dentist or just a great cleaning then this is your place.

I went to Pine Creek dental for a 6 month checkup after moving to Colorado Springs and was very nicely surprised with the quality of care, and support of the staff. During my check-up, they discovered a number of tiny cavities in a few teeth. I went in this morning to get them filled. I was so happy to find the procedure painless and very thorough. They use much newer tech than my previous dentist, and I'm feeling better about my quality of tooth care!

I recently went to pine creek dental for the first time. Maura, my assistant, was amazing! Immediately she put me at ease, listened, and had so much knowledge. I felt the genuine care for all my concerns right away. Dr Thompson is also outstanding, I never felt rushed and he did excellent work! As soon as you walk in the door, everyone is so warm and welcoming. They are all smiles! This team actually makes you WANT to go see the dentist!

Not only do they clean teeth to the highest degree… they also have fantastic customer service and charisma. A lost art these days. It is refreshing to find a place that has thee secrete ingredient to great services… passion. Makes me feel like they love in what they do. Hats off to Dr. T for recruiting the finest employees 😁.

Dr. Ellie and the entire staff at Pine Creek Dental were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, I felt completely taken care of. They used an electro-current type tool to put my tooth to sleep, which made such a difference—I loved not being numb afterward! The whole experience was comfortable, stress-free, and honestly better than I could have imagined. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for dental care. Highly recommend!

It was my first visit to Pine Creek Dental. Very friendly staff as well as clean, modern and well equipped clinic that made me feel welcomed and relaxed while waiting to see a hygienist. My hygienist Laura was super nice and she explained very well every step of the dental checking and cleaning process. It was very pleasant experience.

Everyone here is the best!! I look forward to seeing everyone every time I have an appointment. They all make you feel so welcomed! Dana did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth! Mary was my hygienist during this visit, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was personable, attentive, and incredibly gentle throughout my cleaning. She took the time to explain everything and made the entire experience comfortable. And of course, Dr. Bill Thompson is the reason I travel across state lines. His professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care are unmatched. I trust him completely with my dental health. Best dental experience I’ve had! My cleaning was really well done and thorough. I was not only comfortable physically but mentally as well. The staff made me feel so welcome. I just had my first visit and I must say I was very impressed! Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel so welcomed. My cleaning was not rushed at all in fact they did a very thorough job, more than I have ever had in any other dental office! They did x-rays and even did close up images of my teeth where there were fillings that were cracking. They took the time to show me the images and explain the areas of concern which was super nice and goes to show how transparent they are. I will definitely be back!!

Dr. Ellie Cochran has joined Dr. Thompson at Pine Creek Dental. She did 3 beautiful fillings today with zero pain. Even the shots were painless. All I can say is WOW! The entire team at Pine Creek Dental works together to make sure their patients get the absolute best care. They get my highest praise. If you need a dentist (you do), this is the best.

The team at Pine Creek dental is phenomenal, they always go above and beyond to help me feel the most comfortable and at ease during visits. I can’t remember the name of my last hygienist, but she made my day by making me laugh, and helped me feel completely relaxed throughout the teeth cleaning process. I struggle with sensory issues and the staff is always willing to adjust certain things so I am more comfortable. I truly am grateful to have such a wonderful dentist office.

Had my final Aligners checked up. Got the tabs removed a bite check and a scan. All went very great. Dr. Thompson stopped in to make sure all was well but the bulk of the work was taken care of by Taran. She was wonderful as usual. Always love coming in to see the bright cheery faces and smiles. This is an awesome place, awesome doctor, hygienists and assistants. 5 star in my book always!!

We are longtime Pine Creek fans. Great practice all around! They really know their clients' needs and take time with you. When I visited today, the waiting area was quite busy. It was great to watch the team handle everyone with calm and care.. It was also great to meet Dr Ellie today and Mary, my hygienist. You all take such good care of us!
